In this one-hour online class, we will discuss the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the birth process; breastfeeding and baby care; potential unexpected and unwanted interventions (and their effects on your baby); nutritional support pre-,during, and post pregnancy; and more. This class will be filled with great information on how to become a conscious parent, and how to raise a completely healthy child, naturally!
And, you know me, all topics discussed will have a holistic approach - which leads to an easier birth and a better life for your baby - right from the start.
If you already have a family, we will be discussing post-pregnancy health too (for both mommy and baby), and many ways to build your child's immune system for great health later in life.
